Announcing the block ticket booking for the BMM2024 Convention!
As part of this exclusive offer, you can secure your seats in advance and enjoy a hassle-free experience throughout the event.
- The Mandal POC (Point of Contact) will initiate the block booking by making an initial down payment. Please provide the POC’s EMAIL ID during this step.
- The BMM2024 Treasurer will then generate an invoice for the booking, specifying the due date for the remaining payment (2 weeks from the initial payment).
- The Mandal POC will proceed to pay the balance amount stated in the invoice.
- The Mandal POC will serve as our main contact for any further processing and should possess all the necessary details of the registrants in that block, including:
- Full Name
- Address
- Email address
- Contact number
मंडळ ब्लॉक tickets ची योजना व नियम खालील प्रमाणे
1. प्रत्येक ब्लॉक 24 जनरल tickets ($500/seat = $12,000) चा राहील.
2. प्रत्येक ब्लॉक विक्री मागे मंडळाला 5% म्हणजे $600 मिळतील (Excluding Bay Area Mandals).
3. मंडळाला फक्त 10% ($1,200 per block) भरून maximum 20 ब्लॉक्स बुक करता येईल आणि या दिनांकाप्रमाणे first come first serve, Center-to-right, Center-to-left आणि front to back या पद्धतीने assignments केल्या जातील.
4. बाकी payment करण्यासाठी मंडळाला दोन आठवडे मिळतील. वेळेमध्ये जर payment आले नाही तर मंडळ will lose its spot and get pushed back in the assignment order.
