We are delighted to announce that Speed Dating will be held at the prestigious biennial BMM 2024 Convention of the Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal (BMM) of North America. The Convention is scheduled to take place from June 27 to June 30, 2024, at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California.
Welcome to the premier speed dating event, where you have the chance to meet your potential match through a series of brief, yet impactful conversations. Our carefully curated event is designed for singles who are excited to get to know new people in a short amount of time, all in a fun, welcoming, and pressure-free environment. We recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. While there’s no strict dress code, dress to impress!
The number of participants vary by event, but you can expect to meet anywhere from 5 to 10 potential matches during the event.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous about attending a speed dating event, especially if it’s your first time. Remember, everyone is there for the same reason, and our friendly hosts will make sure you feel welcome and comfortable.

Matches are determined when you decide to share your contact information (contact cards will be provided) with another participant during the event.

The speed dating portion of the event will typically last about 1 hour. Please plan to arrive at least 15 mins prior to the event.
The safety and comfort of our participants are our top priorities. We have guidelines in place to ensure respectful behavior from all attendees, and our hosts are always on hand to address any concerns. Additionally, personal contact information is only shared with other participants by mutual consent to ensure privacy.
The organizers will not be matching you with anyone. You will make your match yourself during the event! You will be provided with multiple copies of a Speed Dating Card (with your contact information & photo) that you can share with the people you liked.

Small card with your name, phone number, pickup line and photo. Multiple copies of this card will be provided to you by the organizers before the event starts.
