One of the most obvious reasons why individual donors are so important is because they help support a myriad of different actionable efforts related to the BMM mission.

Please Note
- Seating Allotment will be based on the date and time payment received after you Pre-Register.
- Individual Donors will be seated after the Patrons Sofa Seating Zone end.
- Seating assignments will follow this chronology:
- Emerald-Sofa Seating-1 Seat on the Sofa.
- Ruby Zone-Individual Comfortable Chair.
- Sapphire Zone-Individual Comfortable Chair.
- Hotel Assignments:
- Priority Hotels are connected to the convention and are assigned for Dignitaries/ Sponsors/ Patrons/ Emerald+ package holders.
- Vicinity* Hotels located within 1 block from the convention.
- Vicinity** Hotel located within 5-7 mile radius from the convention and can be accessed using Light rail transport.
