Just Ticket Upgrade process: 

• You must have received your pre-registration confirmation with Booking code
• Please forward that email to fundraising@bmm2024.org – telling us which package you would like to upgrade your ticket too
• Once email is received we will reply back asking you to pay the difference amount thru Zelle/ACH (details will be provided in the email)
• Once the payment is received in the bank, that date will be your priority date used to allocate SEAT AND HOTEL

Please Note:      

• Current Block Booking and related priorities do not get affected by this upgrade
• Hotel Assignments will be done by the Hotel Team

About Seating:

• Seating Allotment will be based on the date and time payment received after you Pre-Register
• All Sofa and Regular Seats will be numbered
• Seating assignments will follow this chronology:
  • Dignitaries & Invited Guest – 2 rows
  • Patron Package : will be seated after the Dignitaries rows
    • Diamond – 2 rows
    • Platinum – 5 rows
    • Platinum Mini – 5 rows
    • Reserved Seating for special event – 5 rows
    • Upgraded Senior Citizens – 2 rows
  • Individual Donors: will be seated after the Patrons Sofa Seating Zone end
    • Gold

About Hotel Booking:

• Priority Hotel are Hotels connected to the Convention Center
• Vicinity* Hotel are Hotels within 0.05 – 1 mile radius of the Convention Center
• Vicinity** Hotel are Hotels within 2-4 miles radius of the convention and can be accessed using light rail transport
• Thursday – Saturday 3 Nights Stay Included in any package
• Wednesday and Sunday Night is not included, attendees need to book them separately at the time of pre-registering at a discounted rate
• Purchasing without Hotel option is available and the discount will be automatically applied at the time of  payment when you Pre-Register
• Hotel Room Assignment will be done by the convention team
• Parking is not included

About Upgrading Packages: 

• Patron Packages (Diamond 25K & Platinum 15K) are still available
• All Package are upgradable
• Gold Package can be purchased in Multiples
• Just Tickets can be upgraded to any package
• NA Block Booking privileges and priorities will not be change by individuals upgrading their Just Tickets

About Special Benefits: 

• Celebrity dining will be in a separate designated area reserved for only package holders for all the meals during the convention
• Celebrity Photo Op; Exclusions apply
• Special benefit being a felicitator involves welcoming the artists and/or giving away prizes

About Tax Deduction: Suggestion Only

• All Donation packages are tax deductible
• For $7500/Tax Deduction is approx. $5000 and For $3000/Tax Deduction is approx. $1000
• Please consult your Tax Advisor for exact deduction

Others:

• These are individual upgrades and hence no 5% Bonus will be given to any Mandal on upgrades
• Previously available Individual Donation Packages – Emerald, Sapphire & Ruby – are now discontinued. Individuals who have purchased those previously will be contacted with upgrade options
