How to use Whova app to access BMM 2024 events
3. The event page has all the details and support email whova@bmm2024.org
4. Enter event code “KAYBAY2024”
5. Following error message is seen while accessing the event page for an unregistered email.
6. For Valid Registered Emails the user should be able to access the BMM Event Page
7. You can access the Agenda from the BMM Event Dashboard
8. You can start communicating with attendees by accessing the Community section.
9. You can find attendees to communicate with.
For users not in Whova DB
1. I used an account which was not in Whova DB to register and I was able to access the event page using “KAYBAY2024” event code.
2. I clicked on “I didn’t register with another email” and it allowed me to proceed by sending a verification code to my account.
3. After entering the verification code, I am able to access the event page.
4. And my login information is added to the Whova db for our event.
